Komen Race for the Cure.

Bex and 1.5 here reporting to you straight from the 'BOS living room. We just got back from the Komen Race for the Cure event that was held at UMASS Boston early this morning. Over 6000 attendees traded in there Sunday morning breakfast for a pair of running shoes and raised thousands of dollars for finding a cure for cancer. 'BOS and Cold Stone Creamery teamed up and gave the people what they wanted...icecream and keychains. With Dana Marshall leading the opening ceremony we met up with cancer survivors and supporters who are determined to find the cure. People ran, walked, wheeled, and crawled, through the race while success stories were told over the loud speakers. There wasn't a dry eye in the crowd. Enjoy the beautiful weather!
Hugs and Out
